- For Travelers: You are responsible for verifying the credentials, safety records, and quality of the providers before booking. Pantanal Advisor is not liable for any issues, accidents, or financial disputes arising from your direct contact with the listings.
- For Service Providers: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, including valid registration numbers (such as Cadastur) and real photos. False or misleading profiles will be permanently deleted without prior notice.
3. Reviews and Content
Users may post reviews and ratings for listings. You agree not to post false, defamatory, or abusive content. Pantanal Advisor reserves the right to moderate, hide, or delete reviews that violate community guidelines or appear to be fraudulent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pantanal Advisor shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, travel disruptions, accidents, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of information found on this platform.
